Pack your item securely, including the original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase.

Send your item to our designated returns address, which you’ll receive from our customer service during your return or exchange process.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders once this time frame has passed, as the order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically within 5-10 business days.
